Please Read Before Purchasing:
When purchasing from our site, most heavier / bulkier items such as (mantels, sinks, mirrors, furniture, chandeliers, tubs, etc.) will not ship through regular carriers such as FEDEX, USPS, or UPS .
Unless the checkout process specifies that it will ship, (things like: doorknobs, door hardware, etc. ) you will have to coordinate with us to make sure we have your payment and your item remains safe here at our warehouse.
You would have to either,
1. Set up your own shipping (use moving companies, or third party apps like Uship) - We’d speak to your delivery person once your set up with a date and time… and answer any questions they / you may have before pick up.
2. We can deliver it ONLY if it’s within a 50 Mile Radius from our shop (4809 Lydell Rd. Cheverly MD, 20781) at a separate fee - (Cost depends on item)
3. You can pick up. Of course, we’d help you as soon as you’d get here, and we’d be glad to hear where ya coming from! (Plus gives you a chance to check out our store!!)
ONCE PAYMENT HAS GONE THROUGH, WE WILL CONTACT YOU AND LET YOU KNOW ABOUT THE STATUS OF YOUR ITEM AND PLACE A SOLD STICKER ON IT. (Removing it from the market / website) -
Upon purchasing you do understand and comply to the terms and conditions. - All merchandise can be returned, if there are no alterations or damages, for a full refund within 7 days. We can not be responsible for items left in our warehouse for over a period of 90 days after purchase.
